Use the tools included with your Comcast Business Internet service to build a website for your company.

About Website Builder

In order to allow you to easily create a single web page, or an entire site, Comcast Business offers an online tool called Website Builder. Without using any additional software, you can log in to Website Builder and begin creating web pages. Website Builder is a template-driven, online website development tool. In other words, all you need is an Internet browser to use it. That means that you can create a rich, customized website without having any knowledge of HTML code.

Note: Website Builder is the new version of SiteBuilder. If you activated a website with this tool prior to March 1, 2013, you will have access to both SiteBuilder and Website Builder. If you have not activated a website or activated one after March 1, 2013, you will only have access to Website Builder. 

To activate Website Builder

    Step 1:


    Sign in to your Comcast Business online account and select Websites from the Manage Services menu.

    Note: Only the Primary Manager or Services Manager can activate Website Builder.

  1. Step 2:


    Select Edit website.

    Note: If you have not brought or registered a domain, you will not see this link. Read “Register a custom domain” or “Use your existing domain” for more information).

  2. Step 3:


    In the Control Panel under Manage Services, select Website.

  3. Step 4:


    Under Creation and Enhancement, select Website Builder.

  4. Step 5:

    Select Activate to add Website Builder to your account. It may take between 24 and 48 hours for the server to install it.

    Note: Website Builder includes built-in instructions, accessible under the Help link when logged in.
