Get a professional website for your business

Create your site with our Website Builder software, which is included at no additional charge with all Comcast Business website-hosting plans. Whether you are a beginner or a true professional, Website Builder has the features and functionality to help you produce a site for your business:

  • A simplified Website Design Editor, featuring drag-and-drop design functionality, professional templates and pre-populated copy.

  • Polls, a guestbook and forums to help you communicate with customers more efficiently.

  • A robust image and photo gallery with thumbnail and slideshow views.

Note: Website Builder is the new version of SiteBuilder. If you activated a website with this tool prior to March 1, 2013, you will have access to both SiteBuilder and Website Builder. If you have not activated a website, or activated one after March 1, 2013, you will only have access to Website Builder.

To activate Website Builder

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to your Comcast Business online account and select Websites from the Manage Services menu.

    Note: Only the Primary Manager or Services Manager can activate Website Builder.

  2. Step 2:

    Select Manage Website on the left side of the page.

    Note: If you have not brought or registered a domain, you will not see this link. (See “Register a custom domain” or “Use your existing domain” for more information).

  3. Step 3:

    In the Control Panel under Manage Services, select Website.

  4. Step 4:

    Under Creation and Enhancement, select Website Builder.

  5. Step 5:

    Select Activate to add Website Builder to your account. It may take between 24 and 48 hours for the server to install it.

    Note: Website Builder includes built-in instructions, accessible via the Help link when logged in.
