A directory listing is the placement of your business name, address, and phone number in your local telephone directory as well as in directory assistance (411). Comcast Business Voice service includes one listing in directory assistance and a single listing in two sections of your local directory: the white pages and the yellow pages (business).
You have three directory listing options:
Published: Your business will be listed in the local directory and with directory assistance.
Non-Published: Your business will not be listed in either the local directory or directory assistance.
Non-Listed: Your business will not be listed in the local directory but will be listed with directory assistance.
If you order additional listings, you will be charged a one-time fee for each listing and a monthly recurring fee for each listing. If you choose to have a number Non-Published or Non-Listed, you will be charged a one-time fee and a monthly recurring fee for each number.
Contact your local telephone directory publisher for its next publishing date. They are generally printed once a year.
Your Business Voice service includes one listing in directory assistance (411). Your directory assistance listing will also appear online.
View the details of your received, missed, dialed and toll-free calls from the Call History screen.
Comcast Business Voice helps you to stay on top of your voicemail so you don't miss an important message.
Avoid missed calls by using Call Forwarding to redirect your calls to another phone number.
