As a Comcast Business Internet customer, you can access Norton™ security software as part of your service. Help protect your network against intruders and be assured that your sensitive business information is protected with additional layers of security.
Note: If you currently have a paid subscription to Norton™ software installed on your computer, you can contact Norton™ at 1-877-272-7149 or chat live with a Norton™ representative to determine if you are entitled to a refund. Make sure to have your Comcast Business online account username and password available.
Sign in to your Comcast Business online account and select Upware Marketplace from the main menu.
Select Data Security from the Categories menu, then select Norton™ Internet Security Online.
Select the Editions & Pricing tab where you will have the option to download the free edition or purchase additional licences. Once you have made your selection, follow the steps to complete checkout. Please read "Purchase an application in the Upware Marketplace" if you need more information.
Once you have completed checkout, you can assign additional users to the application.
Once a user has been assigned a licence, they can download the software from their MyApps page within the Marketplace by selecting the Norton™ icon.
Download Norton security software, included with your Business Internet service.
Some programs must be uninstalled prior to downloading your new Norton¿ security software.
