Note: Only one Business email account can be configured on your iPhone at a time.
Open your Settings and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Select Add Account.
Select Exchange. (If you're using iOS6 or an earlier version, select Microsoft Exchange).
Enter the following information, then select Next:
Email: Your full Comcast Business email address (Example: email@example.com).
Password: Your Comcast Business email password.
Description: A name for your Comcast Business email account on your phone.
Your iPhone will attempt to verify this information. If it is unable to verify, you will be prompted to enter your Email and Server information.
To determine your Exchange server, sign in to your Comcast Business online account and select Email from the Manage Services menu.
On the left side of the page, select View DNS Settings. Your Exchange server will be listed in the DNS Name column next to ActiveSync. It will look something like "mail.hmc1.comcast.net".
Select the content you would like to synchronize: Mail, Contacts, Calendars and Reminders. Then select Save.
The iPhone has several options available to download your email. You can limit the downloading of email to any range within one day - one month. You also can remove the limit, which can resolve the issue of not seeing older email messages on your iPhone.
On your iPhone, open Settings and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Select the name of your Exchange email account. Your email account may be named something other than "Exchange," which is shown in this example.
Select Mail Days to Sync.
Select how far back you'd like to sync emails. Check this setting if emails older than one day are missing from your iPhone. Select the name of your email account at the top-left to save your changes.
You can set your iPhone to only download specific folders from your Comcast Business email. Stay organized and make sure you have your important messages with you when you need them.
On your iPhone, open Settings and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then Fetch New Data.
Select the folders to enable/disable syncing that folder for your iPhone or select All Mail if you would like to sync everything. Select Back at the top-left to save your changes.
